Elastoline CG PU Edge
Elastoline CG Edge is a polyurea hybrid that has been specifically formulated as a PU coating for table edging. It is an extremely durable coating that offers extreme impact, abrasion and chemical resistance, and will out last traditional methods of edging such as T-trim and lacquer finishes. Elastoline CG Edge is 100% solids, zero VOC's (solvents) & CFC's, spray applied polymer (plastic), which means it won't crack, chip, flake or peel and has no way of trapping bacteria behind it or around it during it daily use. Once sprayed, Elastoline CG Edge dries in 5 seconds, making production times extremely quick compared to traditional coatings.

Elastoline CG can be made in any RAL colour, however we ask that you speak to us about colour stability, minimum order quantities and lead times before placing an order for any customer colour.

Packaging Size
Elastoline CG is delivered 444kg drum sets consisting of 215kg polyol and 229kg iso. Polyol and iso drums can also bought individually.
Ordering & Delivery
Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday will be delivered next working day (UK mainland). Up to 2 drum sets (4 drums) can fit on a pallet.
